Undo the two strap ends 

from their

buckles.

Thread the strap ends through the
Strap Attachment Rings.

Reinsert the strap ends through their
buckles.

• Make sure the straps are not twisted.

Press LCD-OPEN 

to unlock the LCD

monitor, and

 swing it fully open.

Slide TAPE EJECT 

to open the

Cassette Compartment Cover.

Insert a cassette

 record tab up,

window side facing out.

Press PUSH CLOSE 

to close the

Cassette Compartment Cover.

• When inserting the cassette, make sure it is facing the right direction and then push

it in completely.
