Check the voltage and waveform at Q1304-GATE.
(Use Radiation Plate for HOT circuit as GND.)
Refer to waveform in Figure 2.
Perform the REG9V Adjustment.

Procedures 2.

Plug in the AC Cord and turn the power ON.
Check if the voltage at TP1909 is 9.0 V±0.3V.
(Use bottom part of Radiation Plate for COLD circuit
as GND.)
Unplug the AC Cord.
Remove the jumper wire between TP1502 and TP1901
on the Power P.C.B., and reconnect all connector
cables, then reinstall the Power P.C.B. into the unit.
Check the voltage at the following points.
(Use CN1514 (Pin10-14) or bottom part of Radiation
Plate for COLD circuit as GND.)

Check the other parts on the Power P.C.B.
and replace any defective parts.
Perform "CHECKING THE BALLAST CIRCUIT."
Replace the Power P.C.B.

Check if the voltage at Pin 8 of IC1831 is over DC15V.
(Use Radiation Plate for HOT circuit as GND.)
Check if the voltage at Pin 18 of CN1401 is over DC4V.
(Use TP1301 for COLD circuit as GND.)

Check if the voltage at D1808-CATHODE is 400 V±5 V.

Replace the Power Control 1 P.C.B.

Control 2 P.C.B.

CN1401 (Pin 7): approx. 0.5 V±0.5 V <MAIN RELAY ON (L)>
CN1401 (Pin 9): approx. 13.5V±1.5 V <STBY+12V>
