Is the voltage between ) and TP1304(-)
approx. 19V while the Power LED (D6701) is flashing
green?
Unplug the AC Cord and plug it in again.
Turn the power ON.
Replace the Ballast C.B.A.
Replace any defective parts.
Check the other parts (Q1301, Q1302, IC1303, etc.)
on the Ballast P.C.B.
Replace T1301 or U1301.
(If still NG, even after replacement of T1301 and U1301,
replace the Ballast C.B.A.

CAUTION:
Do not touch any parts for at least 5 minutes
after disconnecting AC plug to reduce the risk
of electric shock.
Before checking parts, confirm that the voltage
between TP1301 and TP1302 is 0 V.
If not, discharge TP1301 and TP1302 at a
resistance of approx. 100 /5 W for about
3 seconds.
