EXTERNAL AUTHORIZATION
If the NTG5*2 US cannot find your mobile
telephone, or the authorization process repeatedly
failes when initiated by the NTG5*2 US, then the
authorization can be initiated from the mobile
telehpone.
Press the option "Search via telehpone".
The NTG5*2 US is now visible to external devices.
Use the mobile telephone zo search for devices that
support Bluetooth (refer to the instruction manual
for the mobile telephone).
Send a connection request from the mobile
telephone (refer to the instruction manual for the
mobile telephone).
If your mobile telephone supports secure simple
pairing, a 6-digit PIN will be shown on your mobile
telephone and on the MMI display simultaneously.
Confirm this PIN on your mobile telephone and in
the MMI.
Otherwise if your mobile telephone supports only
PIN entry, an own personal 1 to 16 digit PIN needs to
be entered on your mobile telephone and on the
MMI display.
