AUTHORIZING A MOBILE TELEPHONE
Each mobile telephone must be authorized the
first time it is connected with the NTG5*2 US.
Up to 15 mobile telephones can be authorized
for use with the NTG5*2 US.
Once authorized, a mobile telephone can be
connected to the NTG5*2 US in order to make use
of the telephone functions that it provides.
Select the desired mobile phone from the found
device list.
If your mobile telephone supports secure simple
pairing, a 6-digit PIN will be shown on your mobile
telephone and on the MMI display simultaneously.
Confirm this PIN on your mobile telephone and in
the MMI.
Otherwise if your mobile telephone supports only
PIN entry, an own personal 1 to 16 digit PIN needs to
be entered on your mobile telephone and on the
MMI display.
