The sound of clicking
The noise interference
The sound of knocking
The continuous noises.
The top of the refrigerator
gets hot.
The padding plates on the
top (or sides) get hot.
The sides look curved.
Ice making is not working.
The interior of the ice
cubes is not frozen.
The shape of ice is not
"cubic".
The magnets cannot be
sticked to the doors.
Open the door immediately
after it being opened and
closed, the door is very
heavy.
Place the refrigerator on a solid and flat floor, make the two adjustable feet
contact the floor, and fix the refrigerator. (P. 6)
Check if the sides or back of the refrigerator, or the power cord touch the
wall or furniture around the refrigerator?
→
Place the refrigerator so that it does not touch the surrounding objects.
When the floor is uneven or the door is closed harshly, the refrigerator is to
vibrate and result in noises.
→
Place a board under the refrigerator to prevent it from vibration. (P. 6)
This is due to the compressor speed adjustment controlled by the frequency
converter.
(The noises may not stop, but this is not abnormal.)
Mechanical parts release the heat. (P. 7)
The surfaces of left and right padding plates may get hot to release the heat
when the refrigeration system is running. After installation of the refrigerator or
in summer, the temperature of the padding plates may become 50
℃
to 60
℃
degree (when the ambient temperature is 30
℃
).
During the manufacturing process, the sides may look bent or show surface
density, but this is not abnormal.
The air entering the refrigerator cools down sharply. The interior pressure is
lower than the exterior air pressure instantaneously. The door seems to be
pulled inwards.
The doors are made of glass. No magnet can be sticked to the doors.
When using the refrigerator for the first time, wait until the interior sufficiently
cools down before making ice.
(It may take 24 hours or longer.)
Make sure that AUTO ICE OFF is not set. (P. 17 )
Push the Water supply tank in as far as possible. Push in the Ice making tray
until a click sound is heard. (P. 17)
Make sure the Ice making trayis locked. (P. 21)
Do not put foods and other items in the Ice storage box. (P. 16)
Only take out the Ice making tray when needed.
Is the temperature setting for the Freezer compartment too low?
→
Increase the temperature of the Freezer compartment.
There are protrusions.
→
The groove of the Ice making tray may be frozen.
The ice cubes are round or sticked to other ice cubes.
→
Have the ice cubes been stored for a long time?
(The ice cubes are round or sticked together.)
The ice cubes are small.
→
When there is no water supplied from the Water supply tank, small ice
cubes are formed sometimes.
When the cooling function of the refrigerator is running, the compressor or
fan may make loud noises. For example, the refrigerator has just been
installed and has not been cooled down before; the refrigerator doors are
frequently opened and closed; the temperature around the refrigerator is
too high, or the fresh freezing is set on. The noises thereby are normal.
→
After the refrigerator cools down, the noises are reduced.
