Breton Prune Pudding
Cooking time: approx. 25 min
6 people - COMBINATION COOKING
Containers: 1 round Pyrex® dish, 22 cm diameter, and 1 bowl
Soak the prunes in a little water and rum and heat on MAX
for 1 minute. Leave to swell for at least 2 hours. Heat the
milk, butter and cream for 3 minutes at 600W. In a
container, mix together the flour, salt, sugar and eggs and
pour the hot milk into this mixture, whisking all the time.
Spread out the drained prunes in the dish and pour the
mixture over them. Place the dish on the
enamel tray
and
cook for approx. 22 minutes on Combination mode:
CONVECTION HEATING 180°C + 440W, protecting the top
with a circle of baking paper after 13 -15 minutes.

Molten Chocolate Cake
Cooking time: approx. 20 min
6 people - COMBINATION COOKING
Containers: 1 round metal cake tin, 22 cm diameter, and 1 bowl
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt with the butter for
2 to 3 minutes on 600 W. Add the eggs and sugar, then add
the flour, ground almond and baking powder mixture. Line
the bottom of the tin with a circle of greaseproof paper. Pour
the mixture into the tin and put into the oven on the
enamel
tray
to cook for approx. 18 minutes on Combination mode:
CONVECTION HEATING 180°C + 100W, protecting the top
with a circle of baking paper after 8 to 10 minutes, if
necessary.
150 g chocolate,

110 g sugar,
2 tbsp flour, 120 g butter,

Marble Cake
Cooking time: approx. 20
6 people - COMBINATION COOKING
Container: 1 metal loaf tin, 24 cm long
Mix all the ingredients together with the melted butter.
Separate the mixture into 2 containers and add the cocoa
powder to one of them. Pour the mixture into the buttered
and lined tin, alternating the colours. Place the tin on the
enamel tray
and cook for 20 to 22 minutes on Combination
Cooking: CONVECTION HEATING 180°C + 100W,
protecting the top of the cake with a folded sheet of baking
paper held in place with 2 toothpicks after the first 8 to 10
minutes. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a wire
rack.
