Recipe:
1.
Mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, sugar and salt.

Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture.
3.
Add dried fruit into mixture.
4.
Make a floury and rough batter.
5.
Press Bánh ngọt/Bánh Muffin twice and press Khởi dộng
to preheat.

Weigh 43
g
each of the mixture into muffin cups and put
on the wire rack.
7.
After preheating, put the wire rack on the glass tray and
press Khởi dộng. At beeps (after approximately
15 minutes from the start), cover the overall muffin cups
with the aluminum foil while taking care not to get burns
as the inside of the oven and the accessories are very
hot.
