8. DISASSEMBLY • ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

8.1 Controller Display
It may cause a fire, emitting smoke and electric shock.

Pull a
power
plug out
●
To connect the lead wire, use a solderless
terminal and tighten it firmly. (Use a specified
part, regular bonding pliers)
●
Install a flame protect cover
(incombustibility-proof) to completely cover
the connection part and seal an opening
part with tape. (Re-use the incombustible
cover attached with the product)
●
Fix lead wires firmly by wire fixing part to
prevent contact with revolving part, high
temperature part and metal end faces.
●
Confirming proper wiring diagram for reparing.
●
In case of lead wire disconnection, replace whole lead wire unit.
Do not cut a part of lead wire unit and use it.
●
Please make sure
to pull out a power
plug before
disassembly. It may
cause an electric
shock or injury.
●
Do not remodel
appliances,
instruments and
parts. It may cause
break down or fire.
●
Straightly pull out
or insert a faston
terminal. Do not
twist it. It may cause
damage or fire.

Replacement of controller display
(1) Take off top cover installation screw (2 pieces) at the back side
(2) Take off the window cover packing (for each right and left) at front,
right and left of top cover. Then take off installation screw
(for each right and left) of the top cover.
●
Make sure to put a ground
wire on human body
during replacing part or
trouble diagnosis.

It may cause a trouble by
static
electricity.
・
Touch power plug and the
ground wire to clear voltage
difference.
(3) Lift back side of the top cover and slide it toward you and take it off.
(front fix by front hook)
(4) Lean the top cover with a product and a wall.
(5) Take off a water proof cover
installation screw (2 pieces)
and disconnect a connector.
(6) Take off a controller installation
screw (5 pieces) and remove
the
controller.
