3. How to catch log file

3.1.Steps

Connect serial tool between your computer and the VGA interface to TV model

3.1.1. Get port of your COM, you can check the device management of your computer to

find port option, refer to bellow picture

3.1.2. Setup serial COM run “SecureCRTPortable.exe”

If your COM is not COM8, please click “Connect” button

If your COM is not COM8, please click “New session” button as below

3.1.3. Select Protocol “Serial” as below, and do next step
