9 Troubleshooting Guide
9.1. H indications "H##"
Error Codes
Description
Symptom/State Checkpoint Remedy/Repair
H01
Open circuit detection for the IH
coil-center thermistor.
(Front IH heater)
"H01" appears when the main
power switch is turned on. Have those connectors been surely
inserted?
*E.g.
CN4 on P.C.board A.
Ensure the connection.
Measure the resistance between
the two terminal pins of thermistor
connector (in the center of the IH
coil).
* When the resistance is higher
than 2M

, it is detected out as
open.
Confirm the wire is undamaged and
replace thermistor A.
If thermistor A is functional. Replace P.C.board A of the heater
where "H01" is displayed.
H11
Substrate signal error
"H11" appears when the main
power switch is turned on.
Ensure the connection of the heater
where the error occurred. Check the wire connections for left
P.C.board A and left P.C.board B.
*E.g.
CN11 on left P.C.board A
CN501 on P.C.board B
Ensure that a connection is being
made. If not, replace the Control
lead wire A.
Check the wire connections of left
P.C.board A and Operation Unit.
*E.g.
CN6 on left P.C.board A
CN602 on Operation Unit
Ensure that a connection is being
made. If not, replace the Control
lead wire C.
Check the wire connections of right
P.C.board A and right P.C.board B.
*E.g.
CN11 on right P.C.board A
CN501 on right P.C.board B
Ensure that a connection is being
made. If not, replace the Control
lead wire B.
Check the wire connections of right
P.C.board A and Operation Unit.
*E.g.
CN6 on right P.C.board A
CN601 on Operation Unit
Ensure that a connection is being
made. If not, replace the Control
lead wire D.
If the lead wire is connected prop-
erly. Replace P.C.board A.
If the error persists after replacing
the P.C.board A. Replace Operation Unit.
H13
Open circuit detection for the high
temperature caution light.
(Operation board)
"H13" appears when the Heat
switch is turned on. - Replace Operation Unit.
H14
Open circuit detection for the fuse
"H14" appears when the main
power switch is turned on. Check the wire connections of
P.C.board A and P.C.board B.
*E.g.
CN11 on P.C.board A
CN501 on P.C.board B
Ensure that connection is proper.
FUSE1 on P.C.board A is open. Replace P.C.board A.
Note:
Replace the entire P.C.board
instead of replacing only the fuse.
Replacing fuse will not solve prob-
lems because the inverter element
is also defective.
H20
Improper power supply detected
(or an in-circuit problem).
"H20" appears when the main
power switch is turned on.
(Pressing buttons has no effect.) Check the power supply voltage.
(Ensure that the unit is not con-
nected to 120V line.) Connect to a correct line (single
phase 240V).
