• When the air pressure comes down when the machine is working, the machine will stop for
emergency.
2. Turn on the power supply.

• Make sure of matters as follow before you start the machine.

Check the step load front stocker, which is equipped with the air unit, in the preceding
process.
The way of supplying with the board from the non-segmented front stocker is shown in this
section.
When supplying with the board from the step load front stocker, which is set in the preceding
process, turn on the power supply and the PASS switch on the operation panel.
