Using Other Useful Features
a) Message Alert
The Ringer/Message Alert indicator on the handset will flash slowly
when you have new messages in the Answering System.
You need to turn on this feature to use.
(Refer to page 26 in the Operating Instructions for details.)
To turn on Message Alert: Press [MENU][0][#][1]
.
b) Talking Caller ID
The handset and base unit will announce the displayed name following
every ring if name-and-number Caller ID is available.
You need to subscribe to Caller ID service to use this feature.
And you need to turn on this feature. (*Factory preset is ON.)
