Caller list
Important:

Make sure the unit’s date and time
setting is correct (page 18).
Viewing the caller list and calling back

To switch the display from name to
phone number, date and time, or

Each handset has its own caller list. If
you viewed the caller list or answered a
call on one handset, the same
information in another handset is
displayed as “
新来电
”.

If the same caller calls more than once, it
is displayed with the number of times the
caller called (“

”). Only the date
and time of the most recent call is
stored.

is displayed next to items which
have already been viewed or answered.

If dots (···) are displayed after the
number, the whole phone number is not
shown. Press

Editing a caller’s phone number before
calling back
You can edit a phone number in the caller
list.
