1.5.3 Preventing Other People from Using Your Telephone
(Extension Lock)
You can lock your extension so that other users cannot make inappropriate outside calls.
This feature is also known as Electronic Station Lockout.

• If you forget the extension PIN or cannot unlock your phone, consult your manager. He
can clear your extension PIN. Then, you can set the new PIN and unlock your extension by
entering it.
• If your extension is locked by this feature, it cannot perform features as follows:
– Making outside calls
– Changing the call forwarding destination
• If you do not set extension PIN, you cannot lock and unlock.
