Setting
Message 1. “Will Return Soon”
• Off-hook.
• Dial 7501.
• On-hook.
Message 2. “Gone Home”
• Off-hook.
• Dial 7502.
• On-hook.
Message 3. “At Ext extension number”
• Off-hook.
• Dial 7503 + extension number.
• On-hook.
Message 4. “Back at time”
• Off-hook.
• Dial 7504.
• Enter hour (00 through 23).
• Enter minute (00 through 59).
• On-hook.
Message 5. “Out Until date”
• Off-hook.
• Dial 7505.
• Enter month (01 through 12).
• Enter day (01 through 31).
• On-hook.
Message 6. “In a Meeting”
• Off-hook.
• Dial 7506.
• On-hook.
Messages 7, 8, and 9. (Programmable)

• Press NEXT (S3) button repeatedly until
“Absent MSG On” is displayed.
• Press the Function button which is next to
the message displayed.
• Dial the message number (1 through 9).
• Enter parameters (if required).
• On-hook.
Canceling
• Press Features (F4) button.
• Press NEXT (S3) button repeatedly until
“Absent MSG Off” is displayed.
• Press the Function button which is next to
the message displayed.
• On-hook.

• Dial 49 (or press Account button) +
account code (up to nine digits) + #.
OR
- When using a KX-T7433/53, KX-T7436/56,
KX-T7230 or KX-T7235;

• Enter account code + #.
