Using the Phonebook
You can store up to 200 phone numbers and names in the phonebook. You can
enter up to 24 digits and up to 16 characters.
On entering names / numbers in the phonebook, you can assign 9 numbers from the
phonebook as Hot Key dials. The phonebook items are assigned to buttons
A

I
on the keypad (see ‘Storing Phonebook Items as Hot Key Dials’). When the
numbers are assigned you can select the number by pressing the button it has been
assigned to (see ‘Dialling a Hot Key Number’).
Private Category Feature
You can categorise caller information in the phonebook. There are 9
categories available. For example, category 1 can be used to save all
friends numbers. For each category, you can select one of 3 backlight
colours and one of 20 ringer types (see ‘Handset Settings’).
The
private category feature is only available after subscription to
Caller ID.
