16.12. Charge Circuit
Circuit Operation:
When charging the handset on the base unit, the charge current is as follows;
DC+(12V) L351 CHG (Base) [JT+ (Handset) L503 D501 CN1-2....Battery....CN1-1
JT- (Handset)] CHG- (Base) L353 R352 DC-(GND),
In this way, the CPU on both unit detects the fact that the battery is charged.
The charge current is controlled by switching Q353 (Base). The battery is charged in normal
mode for 10 hours and then in trickle mode.
