To create accounts on the unit
In "User Account" (page 110), specify "User ID", "Password", and the output destinations available to the
user for push scan.

You can create up to 50 accounts.
•
You can specify output destinations separately for each user.

[System Administrator]: All output destinations can be used.
–
[User Authority]: Each output destination can be enabled / disabled.
–
[Process only items in Favorites]: Only preset conditions can be used.
–
[Process only items on the Custom Screen]: Only preset conditions on the custom screen can be used.
To use LDAP information for user accounts
Enable (set to On) "Settings" (page 110) of "LDAP Authentication".

You can then specify the output destinations that will be available to all users.
