4 Features

4.1. Oven cavity structure

A flue has been introduced on the top of the oven compart-

ment,  which  leads  into  the  ventilation  duct,  allowing  a

reduction in the humidity that is created inside the oven

compartment.

(In the case of a pyrolitic oven there is also a catalyser)

4.2. Oven cavity - construction

New volume created by the new assembly of the oven

compartment consisting of:

A- Roof

B- Band

     Which includes 
     Side/Back/Side (one piece)

C- Bottom

the  new  oven  cavity is no l onger  constructed  using  spot
welding,  but with mou lding  instead,  which e liminates  any
sharp edges to facilitate cleaning and hygiene.
