Using the FP Programmer II
The tools to be prepared ; FP Programmer II
;AFP1114, (or FP Programmer : AFP1112A or AFP1112)
FP Peripheral Cable ;AFP5520(0.5m) or AFP5523(3m)
1.Connect the FP Programmer II to the RS422 port on
the CPU using the FP Peripheral Cable.
2.Set the CPU to the PROG. mode.

3.Select the LINK number of home station using the
OP21 function.

4.Select the station number(UNIT NO.) of another
station using the OP20 function.

5.Then, modefy the program in the remote Programmable
Controller which hs been specified using the above
procedure.
Note :
• If the CPU is in the REMOTE mode, the mode can be remotely changed to either RUN or
PROG..
• The LINK number is assigned as “LINK 1”,
“LINK 2” or “LINK 3” starting with the unit
• If the AFP1112 type FP Programmer is
used, the setting of baud rate is required at
the CPU. Set the baud rate of the CPU to
19200 without fail.
