Check the following before asking for service.

The pollutant sensor may be affected by steam
(water vapor), oil fumes, sprays or gases
from a heater.
Is the sensor switch set to “Hi”?

Set the sensitivity to “Lo”.

Clean the main unit and/or air intake grille.
If this does not solve the problem, replace with
a new the deodorizing filter with a new one.

Is the air purifier placed in a location where it is
difficult to filter air pollutants?

Move the air purifier to a different location.
Or, set the operation mode to “Hi”.
● Are you using the air purifier in a room that is
too large for it?

Is the sensor switch set to “Lo”?

Set the sensitivity to “Hi”.
Is the “Patrol Mode” function on?
→
The “Patrol Mode” function is circulating
room air to detect pollution.
