The LED lights do not
come on when the switch is
flipped, or they turn off after
a few minutes.
None of the LED lights
come on when the switch is
flipped, or alternatively, one
or more of the lights turn off
after a few minutes.
Stop using it immediately
and return it to the retailer.
The unit is broken.
Battery pack is not charged.
Something is stuck between
the unit and the battery pack
at the contact points.
The battery pack has
reached the end of its
service life.
An incompatible battery
pack is being used.
Please charge the battery
pack.
Remove the obstruction.
Replace the battery pack.
Replace the incompatible
battery pack with one that is
compatible.

The charging lamp (green) flickers on and off immediately after charging.

The battery pack has not finished charging 70 minutes or more after the battery pack
was inserted into the charger and the green light came on.
