Preparation (continued)
Moving the Lens to the Home Position

When using PT-FRQ100C / PT-FRQ080C / PT-FRZ120C
When aligning the orientation of the projected image and moving the lens to the home
position, perform the operation with the following procedure.
1) Turn on the projector to start
the projection.
z
The top, bottom, left, and right of the
projected image will be inverted until
you perform step 5).
2)
Press the <

display the [MAIN MENU] screen
.
3)
Select [PROJECTOR SETUP] in
the main menu and then press
the

4)
Select [LENS] in the [PROJECTOR
SETUP] menu and then press the

> button.

The [LENS] screen appears.
5) Select [LENS TYPE] on the [LENS]
screen and then use the ◄►
buttons to select [ET-DLE020].

Each press of the

buttons switch-
es the item to [NORMAL],
[ET-DLE035] or [ET-DLE020].
6) Select [LENS HOME POSITION]
on the [LENS] screen and then
press the
<

A confirmation screen appears.
7) Use the
◄►
buttons to select
[OK] and then press the

button.
z
[PROGRESS] is displayed on the
[HOME POSITION] screen and the
lens moves to the home position for
the ET-DLE020C.
Note
z
If [LENS TYPE] is incorrectly set to other than [ET-DLE020], the lens will not move to the
correct home position.
