Select a menu and start massaging
( The display section turns off when no operation is
performed for more than 3 minutes)
Seven courses can be chosen to automatically
unwind from neck to lower back.

"AIR" massage, "STRETCH", "HEAT", "SOLE HEAT"
starts at the same time.
If you turn off the power switch on the back
of the main unit or unplug the power plug, the
massage heads may move automatically the
next time you use it.
At that time, a display
as on the right comes
up, but it is not a
malfunction.
After the massage heads
moves for a while, it can
be used as usual.
You can select the massage action and location you
want.
You can select the action and location of "AIR /
STRETCH".

In "STRETCH", "HEAT", and "SOLE HEAT" will start at
the same time.
Select 1 Menu from "AUTO"
"MANUAL" "AIR / STRETCH"
and press it

Take a break for about 10 minutes after using 15 minutes.

Please use it up to 30 minutes twice a day as a guide.

Do not massage for more than 15 minutes once.

Do not massage any one part of your body for more than
5 minutes at a time.
(Otherwise it may lead to adverse effect or injury.)
