Cleaning
Clean the straightener or Cap (H) after they have cooled and
with the plug removed from the power outlet.
•
Do not touch the body until it has cooled down.
•
To clean the straightener or Cap (H), use a cloth that has
been soaked in soap and water and well wrung out.
•
Do not use alcohol, thinner, benzine or remover.
Doing so may crack or discolor the surface of the
straightener.

Clean the Iron Plate to
remove any adherents.
The Iron Plate does not get hot.
The cord is disconnected.
Stop using immediately.
The main body is partially deformed.
If problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center authorized by Panasonic
for repair.
