70 Subscriber Features
Accessing Text Messages

From standby, press

OR
From standby, press
(MENU), scroll to Messages, press
(OK), and press
(OK) again to select Text Message.

to scroll to your desired selection and press
(OK).
• If you selected Inbox, press
or
to scroll to the
desired message, then
or
to scroll through the
message, sender, and the time. After reading through a
message, you can select your desired action. Go to Step
4 on page 67.
• If you selected Outbox, press
or
to scroll to the
desired message, then
or
to scroll through the
message, destination, and the time. After reading through
a message, you can select your desired action. Go to
Step 4 on page 67.
• If you selected Create, go to the following section titled
“Create a Text Message”.
• If you selected Delete All, press
or
to select delete
all Inbox messages, or to select delete all Outbox
messages. Press
(OK). The display confirms your
selection. Press
(YES) to delete all the Inbox or
Outbox messages, or press
(NO) to return to the
Delete All display.
You cannot delete Locked messages in Delete
All.
If a phone number is displayed after From: in
an Inbox message, pressing
calls the
displayed number.
