Lift the PCB assembly from the upper case.

Remove the keypad from the upper case.

Remove the microphone by prizing upward with a small pair of tweezers or similar blunt object through

the slot in the side of the microphone holder. Lift the speaker (receiver) from the upper case by

inserting a small screwdriver blade or similar blunt object underneath it.
