Change of router

Use “Panasonic Comfort Cloud” app
to select

“Change router settings”.
Change of mobile
device’s model

Ensure the mobile device compatibility.
Install “Panasonic Comfort Cloud” app and
login using your Panasonic login ID and
password.
Complete by initial connection setup.
Change of remote
controller
z
Change the remote controller and then, use
“Panasonic Comfort Cloud” app to select
in the app. Choose “Owner” and
“Replace device”. This shall be performed
by authorised service dealer.
To transfer or
dispose the remote
controller.
When resetting
the mobile device
because you have
forgotten the
password.

Refer to “Initialization” (P.88) and
initialize.
To unregister the air conditioner unit from
“Panasonic Comfort Cloud” app, select
and choose “Device list” to delete
the set unit.
Operations are not
possible from the
mobile device.

Check the following:
– Ensure that the function is supported by
the air conditioner.
– Ensure that remote controller operation is
not disabled by the central control device.
