Odour wash mode
Odour Clear operations
During repeated cycles of cooling and dry operations, odours from the carpets, odours from household fittings and odours from the
living environment will accumulate in the internal of the air conditioner. The odour will permeate from the unit together with the air
flow. The “ODOUR WASH” oepration is used to remove those odours, to prevent them from permeating together with the airflow
during the air conditioner operations and to control the growth of odour causing moulds in the air conditioner’s interior section.

Everyday, the air conditioner's interior section will be dehumidified to prevent growth of moulds.
Everyday, the air conditioner's air outflow will be delayed to prevent odour permeation.

Blowing out all accumulated odours during the “air circulation” and “heating” modes.

Returns to original
condition after 20 minutes
Odour removing operations
With one time setting, whenever the cooling or drying modes start operating, the air outflow will be stopped for 40
seconds to allow the clearing of odour wash. Air outflow will resume after this.

After the odour clear operation has ended, the Timer setting of odour clear operation mode will be set automatically.

During setting of the timer setting of odour clear operation, you cannot oferride or cancel it. (The signal to cancel it will not
be accepted by the unit. There is a “Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep” audio response.)
●
During operations, there will be a repeated cycle of air blowing out and air stop blowing out.
●
It is recommended that you use this mode during the cooling • dry seasons, to prevent accumulation of odours.
●
During the heating or air circulation modes, even if the odour removing mode is set, it will not operate. (The odour wash
mode lamp (Green) is off)
●
Even if the odour wash mode lamp is off and the dry • cooling fan speed is in automatic mode, the odour removing mode
is operational.
(During starting of operation, the air outflow is stopped for approximately 40 seconds)
