Something such as a peeled label obstructs the disc coming out.

Press and hold the [OPEN] button for more than 5 seconds when the front
panel is open (disc forced ejection). In case that the disc forced ejection
does not work, consult the dealer.
The microcontroller in the unit operates abnormally due to noise or other fac-
tors.
a
Press the reset switch. If there is no reset switch, unplug the power cord
and plug it again. In case the unit is still out of order, consult the dealer.
Disc unejectable
The unit is not sufficiently secured.
a
Secure the unit to the console box with the rear support strap, etc.
The unit is tilted at over 30˚ in the front-to-end direction.

Make the angle 30˚ or less.
