The hands-free voices

The head unit is set to OFF.

Turn on the power of the head unit.

technology is set to the disconnection mode.

Cancel the disconnection mode.
Your mobile phone is out of service area.

Drive your car to the service area of your mobile phone.
Bluetooth connection is disconnected. (The blue indicator does not light up.)

Establish Bluetooth connection again.
The mobile phone is selected to the setting so that the ring volume is zero such as the
manner mode.

Refer to the operating instructions for the mobile phone and change the setting.
(The ringtone of some mobile phones does not come from the speakers mounted
in a car but only from the mobile phones.)
The voice quality of
hands-free is low
(Distortion, noise etc.).
There is another wireless device near the unit.

Switch off the wireless device or keep it away from these bluetooth units.

Drive your car to the place where receiving condition is good and park your car in
a safe place with parking brake used, and then you make a call.
The phone
conversation is hard
to hear.
If you and the person on the other end of the line talk at the same time, you may have
difficulty to hear his or her voice, and vise versa. (This is not machine failure.)

The telephone conversation should be conducted alternately.
