Basic Operation

Advanced Operation

This unit is designed only for receiving calls with taking
account of safety. No call can be made with this unit.

(But a

call-back call can be made.)

Receiving a call

When a call comes in, the state indicator blinks rapidly.

Press the

[Hang-on] to receive a call.

Bluetooth connection will make the battery life of mobile
phone shorter.

¡

Depending upon the mobile phone, the display backlight of a
mobile phone remains on when ACC is in the ON position. In
this case, you should turn off the backlight with the mobile
phone ( 

Manual of your mobile phone ).

¡

Do not turn off the power of the Head unit during a phone
conversation. Otherwise, some mobile phones cut the conver-
sation.

¡

In some cases such as the manner mode, the ring tone is dis-
abled while the ring tone is set to off.

Automatic reconnection 

When you get out of the car, turning off the power of the Head unit allows
automatic disconnection of communication between this unit and the mobile
phone. After communication is disconnected, the mobile phone can be used
as usual.
When you get in the car, turning on the power of the Head unit allows auto-
matic connection of communication between this unit and the mobile phone.
(Some mobile phone models require automatic connection setting. In some
cases, connection setting is required on the selection screen appearing on
the mobile phone while connection is established.) After communication is
connected, the hands-free function is available.

Calling back

A call-back call can be made.
However, the callback function is disabled after disconnecting
Bluetooth communication. (e.g. communication disconnection
between the Bluetooth unit and mobile phone, and communica-
tion disconnection by turning off the power of the Head unit) 

Step 1

Press the 

[Hang-on]

after a call comes in.

Step 2

Confirm the telephone number on the Head unit.

Step 3

Press the 

[Hang-on]

to make a call.

(Press 

[Hang-up]

to activate cancellation.)

Note: 

Some mobile phones cannot display the telephone num-

ber of an incoming call or call back.

Rejection of incoming calls

Press the 

[Hang-up]

to reject an incoming call.

Disconnection of Bluetooth

You can disconnect Bluetooth temporarily.

Disconnection

Press and hold the 

[Hang-up]

. for more than 2 seconds

until the indicator putting out (approximately 2 seconds ) to
reject call on this unit.

Reconnection

Press 

[Hang-on]

. The LED turns from blinking to perma-

nent.

Note: 

You cannot disconnect Bluetooth in the talking state but

end a call.

Telephone conversation during driving may result in conse-

lations.

Appropriately adjust the volume of incoming calls in
