• After each use, pour the oil through a strainer to remove any particles in the oil.
• The number of times you can reuse the oil will depend on the food fried in it. For example, you will need
to change the oil more often if you fry fish or other foods in batter or breadcrumbs.
• Change the oil when any of the following occurs:
- The oil is dark.
- The oil has an unpleasant smell.
- The oil gives off fumes when it heats.
- The oil foams excessively when frying.
