Please read these instructions carefully before you start to assemble this carport.
Please carry out the steps in the order set out in these instructions.
Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference.

For safety purposes we strongly recommend the product to be assembled
by at least two people.
•
Some parts have metal edges. Please be careful when handling components.
Always wear gloves, shoes and safety goggles during assembly.

Do not attempt to assemble the carport in windy or wet conditions.
•
Dispose of all plastic bags safely – keep them out of reach of small children.
•
Keep children away from the assembly area.
•
Do not attempt to assemble the carport if you are tired, have taken drugs,
medications or alcohol, or if you are prone to dizzy spells.
•
When using a stepladder or power tools, make sure that you are follow the
manufacturer’s safety advice.
•
Do not climb or stand on the roof.
•
Heavy articles should not be leaned against the poles.
•
Please consult your local authorities if any permits are required.
•
Keep roof and gutters clean of snow, durt & leaves.
•
Heavy amounts of snow on roof can damage the carport making it unsafe to
stand below or nearby.
•
This product was designed to be used mainly as a carport.
•
If color was scratched during assembly it can be fixed.
» Cleaning instructions
When your carport needs cleaning, use a mild detergent solution and rinse with
cold clean water.
Do not use acetone, abrasive cleaners, or others special detergents to clean the panel.
» Required for assembly
(in addition to the previously depicted tools)
1. 8 wooden beams, minimum 6’ long (1.8 m)
2. Concrete
3. Digging equipment, compatible with the soil type and required measurements
» Before starting assembly
•
This carport must be assembled on a solid base (such as concrete or asphalt).
•
Choose your site carefully before beginning assembly. Site surface (mainly below poles)
needs to be level.
•
During assembly use a soft platform below the parts to avoid scratches and damages.

Step 1: Dig two (2) holes according to the specified measurements and make sure
the bottom is well tightened.
Plan ahead according to the placement of the parking as shown in the drawing.
Make sure the pits’ walls are at a 90°.
If the ground is sandy and digging proper holes is impossible, please consult a
local expert / constructor.
Step 2: Profiles #8646 come covered in plastic film, please do not peel at this
point, it serves to protect the profiles from the concrete. These profiles assist in
stabilizing the concrete casting, and will be later assembled in the roof.
Step 5: Please use wooden beams (not supplied) to set and hold the aluminum
poles in place, make sure the profiles are set at a depth of 19.6” (50 cm) in
accordance with the former step (4). The aluminum poles must be leveled in all
directions.
Step 6: Please note and make sure the concrete casting reaches the line that was
marked on the profile at the previous steps.
Step 7: Please wait for the concrete to be fully set and dry, in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions and depending on the weather conditions, before
continuing with the assembly!
Step 9: Please note the profile’s direction.
Step 19: Optional: if you find it difficult to tighten the screws, it is possible to use
toggle clamps before tightening the screws. Make sure the toggle clamps do not
come in direct contact with the powder coated profiles!. Use a wooden plank in
order to protect the profile from bending.
Step 31: In order to be able to insert the sealing strips, perform gradually:
panel + sealing strip.

Attention:
•
Peel the film covering the panel.
Make sure you install it with the UV protected side up (Step 29)
•
Tighten all screws at the end of assembly.
•
Anchoring this product to the ground is essential to its stability and rigidity.
It is required to complete this stage in order for your warranty to be valid.

assembly step for additional comments and assistance.
» Notice the marks on each step:
•
During assembly some screws are fastened fully by wrench while others are
fastened just after the whole carport is assembled and leveled.
