NOTE:
If the Start Time is equal to the End Time, the time will be
shown only once.
To schedule a timed event for another date:
•
Select the date in one of the following ways:
Tap the date you want to set a event from the list of date at the top.Tap
“Last week” or “Next Week” to scroll.
Tap “Go To” at the bottom to open the “Go To Date” dialogue box.Tap to
select a day in the calendar.
Follow the steps as

to continue.
To set an alarm for an event:
• Tap the event to which you want to assign an alarm.
• Tap Details.
• Tap the Alarm check box to select it. Tap None to show Change
Alarm dialog box.
• Set an alarm to sound minutes, hours, or days before a scheduled
appointment.
