Important Notes
The electric supply is taken from the battery kit in the Power Pack Box. If the vehicle battery is not sufficient,
additional batteries need to be installed. The electric control power is secured via a fused circuit and an on-off
switch located inside the cab.
The PTV series liftgate is a 100% level-ride, rail style vertical lift liftgate.
•
Rail style liftgates have two rails mounted to the rear of your vehicle, either by welding or bolting. These
rails support a platform which raises and lowers cargo.

The hydraulic power unit is easily accessible for service and exchange.
•
The piston rods are treated against corrosion. The Hydraulic Power Unit is equipped with a built-in
pressure relief valve, which prevents overloading when lifting.
The valves do not prevent overloading of the platform when lowering.

Pressure compensated flow control valve.
•
Tread plate platform.
•
Platform safety lock.
•
Warning decals and manuals.
