6 TROUBLESHOOTING
When an operating error occurs, an acoustic
alarm (beep) is automatically emitted and the
possible cause appears on the display with a
numeric error code.
The errors are categorised into:
•
Alarms
: blocking errors. The device shuts
down. The cause of the alarm must be resolved
before the device is restarted.
•
Warnings
: simple notifications that do
not block the operation of the device (in some
cases operation may be limited). They are auto-
matically reset once the cause is eliminated or
resolved.
Example display of Alarm E102:
Chimney dirty
E102 - Probable causes: 1.
Chimney, air inlet tube or burn
pot dirty, 2. Device manually
stopped before flame detection.

Empty and clean the grate. Reset the error.

Sensor connected to T02 malfunctioned or disconnected.
Call service.

NTC3 error
Sensor connected to T05 malfunctioned or disconnected.
Call service.
E108
Safety switch error
Switch connected to I01 switched OFF. Reset the alarm and restart
the device. If the error persists, call service.
E109
Pressure error
Pressure sensor or safety switch switched OFF. Reset the alarm and
restart the device. If the error persists, call service.
E110
NTC1
Sensor connected to T01 malfunctioned or disconnected.
Call service.
