In Italy, if the generator is installed in addition to a
system in which is another generator, and whose
total power connected exceeds 35 kW, the facility
fall within the application of the D.M. 1.12.75
and related updates (ISPESL R Collection). This
requirement falls out if the generator in addition to
being installed in a different room, is not connected
directly to the plant, but to an interposed heat
exchanger (e.g., a spiral heat exchanger).
