FLC-703 List 3A POTS Central Office Channel Unit provides eight loop start interfaces
for POTS service between a PG-Flex Central Office Terminal (COT) and the Central Office (CO) switch.

The FLC-703 unit provides metallic test access to the subscriber line connection through an optional metallic
bypass pair. Perform metallic bypass testing either manually or through the Pair Gain Test Controller (PGTC).
