the contacts in the battery port are not bent.
the On/Off switch is in the On position.
Remember, this is an on demand pump. When the pump is pressurized, the motor
stops. It will not run again until the trigger is pulled, lowering the internal pressure
SPRAYER WILL NOT PRIME: (continues to run without squeezing the wand
handle)
ensure:
there are no restrictions in the pickup tube or the discharge hose
Remedy, force water from garden hose into the suction hose while pump is
running with wand handle squeezed to full open position, may free up the
diaphragm valves.

SPRAYER OUTPUT VOLUME IS REDUCED:
check for:
low battery voltage.
pickup tube or discharge hose restriction.
any sprayer wand and wand tip restrictions
material being too viscous. It is recommended that chemicals being sprayed have a
viscosity of 100 or less. Viscosities of up to 160 can be sprayed if necessary.
However, this will cause some additional wear on the pump and valves as well as
exhaust the battery charge earlier.
if material is too cold, that can raise the product viscosity.
Pump valves and diaphragm may be degraded and require replacement
This may be caused by spraying chemicals that are not compatible with them. If
