Install outlet nozzle like this:
1.
Connect the cable (min. 6mm2) from the inlet pipe to the earth point. Use supplied screws, cable lug
ring and tag washer.
2.
Fix the inlet pipe, mask the flange (the surface that should be under the packing).
Building blocks:
The flange should rest on the finished pool wall (see A in diagram on the
previous page).
Isulating blocks:
The flange should rest on the pool wall plastered finish (see B in diagram on the
previous page).
Concrete:
The flange should rest on the pool wall plastered finish (see C in diagram on previous
page).
NOTE! The minimum distance between non-corrosive and corrosive materials shall be 50 mm.
Recommended mounting depth, see drawing.
3. Cast concrete.
4.
Fix self-adhesive packing to the flange of the inlet pipe.
5. Install the pool liner and begin flooding.
6.
When the water reaches around 5 cm below the suction outlet nozzle, cut a small cross in the liner in
the hole center. Install the packing (2 mm) and sealing.
7. Trim the pool liner after the sealing inside edge.
8.
Install the front with Pahlén logo on top.
9. Fill the pool with water to the desired level.

Winter storage
1. Remove the front.
2.
The hole should be plugged with a winter plug (not included). Use a plug with conical expander or thread R 1½”.
