TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This warranty applies only for single
family domestic use in Canada when
the unit has been properly installed ac-
cording to this manual and connected
to an adequate utility service.
Damage due to abuse, accident, com-
mercial use, alteration, improper instal-
lation or defacing of the serial number
plate, voids the warranty.
Service must be performed by an au-
thorized service provider designated by
Pacific Range Hood Limited.
. Neither Pacific Range Hood Limited or
its agents, resellers or installers is re-
sponsible for claims or damages result-
ing from failure of the unit or from ser-
vice delay beyond their reasonable
control.
3. To obtain warranty, the purchaser must
present the original Bill of Sale.
Components repaired or replaced are
warranted through the remainder of the
original warranty period.
. This warranty is in addition to any
statutory warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
• The Owner is responsible for pay-
ment of service related to the product
installation, field repairs, and/or to
teach you how to use the product;
• Damage to the finish must be reported
within 8 hours following delivery of
the appliance;
• Improper installation / proper instal-
lation includes attachment to the
vent ducting, cabinet, and electrical
hookup. Replacement or resetting of
house electrical breakers and/or fuses
is the owners responsibility;
• Replacement of light bulbs;
• Damage to food product or conse-
quential damages caused by acci-
dents, power outage, floods or acts of
God;
• Proper use and care of product as
listed in the owners manual, proper
setting of controls; and
• WARRANTOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
