Assembly

Follow the assembly steps in the 

order listed below.
  Place the front wheel 

between the fork and slide  
the front axle through the 
fork and front wheel. Insert 
the washer over the end of 
the axle and fasten the nut 
until tight.

  Attach the right wheel 

assembly to the rear axle.

  Cut the zip tie to remove  

the gear box from the  
scooter body. Insert  
the gear box into the  
rear gear wheel. 

  Attach the left wheel 

assembly to the rear  
axle/gear box.

  Press the handlebar down   

into the handlebar slot. 

  Insert the tabs of the storage 

compartment into the 
storage compartment slots.

❼   Attach the sidecar scooter by 

aligning the holes on the 
sidecar bracket with the holes 
on the scooter body. Insert 
the two sidecar bolts into the 
holes and fasten until tight. 

  Insert the windshield tabs 

down into the slots at the 
front of the sidecar.

❾  Insert the tabs of the  

 

sidecar backrest  
into the slots at the  
back of the sidecar.

  Charge the battery (see the  

charge the battery image  
on page 8). 

⓫  Attach the seat and lock it 

into place by tightening the 
small screw on the back-end 
of the seat.

 

 

 

 

 

Charge the battery BEFORE  

attaching the seat (see page 8).

 

 

 

To tighten the wheel bolts, place a wrench 

on each wheel bolt and simultaneously 

turn the wrenches in the opposite 

directions until the bolts are tight.

Make sure the front 

fender is snapped 

all the way in the 

white brackets.  

Insert the hubcap 

tabs into the slots of 

the hubcap insert.
