INTRODUCTION
Pacer models PT200S (ºF) and PT300 (ºC) digital thermometers
are accurate, versatile instruments for measuring temperature.
They are available with a round immersion tip (standard) or a
sharp insertion tip (no-charge option).
The PT200S has a high and low range and the PT300 has a display
hold switch setting.

SECTION 2 – OPERATION
PT200S
The switch to the left is OFF; center position is ON
in the LOW RANGE and to the right is ON in the
HIGH RANGE. Hold the probe tip at the location to
be measured. The K-type thermocouple is located at
the tip. If the temperature being measured is over
range (see SPECIFICATIONS), a “1” will be
displayed with the other digits blinking.
PT300
The switch to the left is OFF, center position is ON
and to the right is the display “HOLD” position.
Hold the probe tip at the location to be measured.
The K-type thermocouple is located at the tip. If the
temperature being measured is over range (see
SPECIFICATIONS), a “1” will be displayed with
the other digits blinking.
NOTE: On both units “LO BATT” indicates a low
battery. Change (or charge) the battery.
