Aftertreatment Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler:

• Aftertreatment Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) – Clean using DPF cleaning machine.
NOTE
•
The aftertreatment DPF clean/replace interval is based on the use of lubri-
cating oils that meet the SAE 10W30 API CJ–4 oil specification.

Air System &
• Aftertreatment Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Dosing Unit (DEF Module) Filter – Replace

Compressor
Air Compressor – Check/Correct for carbon buildup
Air Cleaner – Check/Correct for restriction:
• Service filter element when air cleaner restriction gauge (option) locks in the extreme
high position. •
• Hose/pipe condition – deterioration/ signs of leaking
• Hose clamp torque
