4 SET THE COVER
Take the cover in the folded position and place it on the slide rails
towards the front of the truck bed (as shown in Figure 4A on the
previous page) with the smallest panel facing up.
Slide the bolt into the slot bracket of the rails on each side of the truck
(as shown in Figure 4B)
5 ATTACHING THE FRONT PANEL BOLT
Place a rubber washer, then a flat washer, onto the underside of the
bolt in the slot bracket, and attach with a star knob.
Only tighten hand-tight at this time to allow for adjustments, if needed.
Next, unfold the cover towards the tailgate to ensure the cover fits
squarely between both rails. The aluminum frame should rest inside
the tailgate with approximately a quarter inch clearance.
The flap seal should rest along the top of the tailgate.
One fitment is confirmed, fold back the cover and fully tighten the star
knob to secure the cover to the slide rail.
6 INSTALLING THE DRAIN TUBE
Attach the clear drain tubes to the plug in the slide rail found near the
bulkhead on each side of the vehicle (as shown in Figure 6).
The drain tubes must go through the manufacturers bed plug, which
can be removed or you can drill a hole through the plastic.
For those with a drop-in bedliner, you can run the tubes behind or
under the liner.
7 INSTALLING THE BUCKLES
Assemble the buckles using the included parts and straps.
Attach the buckle assembly using 4 screws for each side (as shown
in Figure 7).
