Fully retract the arm cylinder and stretch the bucket cylinder out so that the machine is
stable.

Lower the bucket to the ground.

Switch off the engine and remove the ignition key.

Check the level of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank and add more if necessary.
Inspection of hoses and pipe system
Daily.
After every 250 hours
WARNING: Sprayed liquid can
penetrate the tissue under the
skin and lead to personal injury!
Therefore use a piece of cardboard to
check for leaks.
In addition, ensure that you keep your hands and body at a safe distance from oil that
is under pressure.
Should an accident occur, seek medical attention immediately. Oil on the skin must be
removed within a few hours otherwise it can lead to injury.
CAUTION: Leaked hydraulic oil and lubricant can result in a fire and personal
injury!
1.
Park the machine on a flat surface. Lower the bucket to the ground. Switch off the
engine. Remove the ignition key.
2.
Check for missing parts, loose pipe clamps, twisted hoses, pipes or hoses that rub
against each other.
3.
Tighten, repair or replace lose, damaged or missing pipe clamps, hoses, pipes, oil
coolers and flange bolts.
Avoid bending or in any other way affecting the pressure pipe connections.
Never install bent or damaged hoses or pipes.
