Fitting
The log saw is partially fitted at the
factory. The following is a review of the
assembly tasks that must be carried
out before the equipment can be
taken into use.
Blade guards
Position the rear plate 1 against the
outside of the connection part on the
tilting table and adjust to the top holes
on the connection part, as shown in
Fig. A, illustration 1.
Attach the rear plate 1 to the table
using a M8 x 12 bolt, washer and nut,
as shown in Fig. A, illustration 2.
Place the blade guard 1 up against the
interior side of the connection part,
adjust the holes and bolt the blade
guard 1, the connection part and rear
plate 1 together using three M8 x 20
bolts, washers and nuts.
Repeat the procedure on the other
side with rear plate 2 and blade guard
2, as shown in Fig. A, illustrations 3 and
4.
