Turning On and Off

Turning On

1. To turn the sander polisher on, gently squeeze the

on/off trigger switch (6) (Fig. 6).

Note:

Allow a few seconds for the sander polisher to

reach maximum speed.

2. Depress the lock on button (5) to lock sander

polisher in the 'on' position for continuous use.

3. For added versatility, adjust the variable speed dial (3) to achieve required speed.

Turning Off

1. To turn the sander polisher off, simply squeeze the on/off trigger switch (6) to

disengage the lock on button (5) and release the trigger switch (6).

Polishing

These instructions and suggestions are intended to familiarise new operators in
overall general operation of polishing. You will develop your own techniques which
will make the job easier and faster as you learn power polishing.

Note: 

Please practice the utmost care when polishing over sharp objects and edges.

If you are polishing your car, wash the car before polishing it. Loose dirt, scum,
road salt can act as an abrasive and damage paint during the polishing process.
There are different types of polish, first polish a test section on a flat area. 

1. Make sure the auxiliary handle has been screw on tightly before use.

2. Adjust the variable speed dial (3) to the lowest speed to start with.

3. Use one hand to hold the rear handle (4) and the

other hand to hold the fitted auxiliary handle (Fig. 7).

4. Make sure you have a firm grip, then turn the tool

on by squeezing the trigger switch (6). Allow a few
seconds for the sander polisher to achieve 
maximum speed.

5. Then depress the lock on button (2) to maintain a

consistent speed.

6. Judging from your test section, adjust speed and pressure accordingly for 

your task.

Caution: 

The high speed polishing action of the woollen bonnet upon the surface

of an automobile can build a static charge on the metal portions of this tool. This
can result in a sensation of a very short and mild electric shock when the metal are
of the tool comes in contact with your skin. This is a harmless phenomenon.

Sanding

Caution: 

This product is not suitable for use on plaster.

1. Repeat steps 1 to 5 from the 'polishing' section.

2. Hold the tool at an angle of 10º to 15º between the disc and the work piece.
